Lastly, to those who’re planning to get live stocks from E.A.O, just do it. They have quarantined their fishes before selling them hence you don’t really have to worry about white spots / fin rots on your newly bought Tetras unlike the other 2 aquariums I gotten my fishes from which screwed up my tank.

Am a beginner for fish rearing. The staff (Malay young man, sorry I didn’t get a chance to ask for his name) at the store was so patient and advised me for 30 mins the basics of tank preparation and fish rearing. They have a wide selection of tanks to choose from, with all the pump and gears fixed up. That was very helpful for beginners like me. I just carry it back and fill it with water. I am very happy with his service and the product purchased!
I met Lawrence, the Owner of East Ocean Trading Center, Singapore around Oct 2022, and finally got home a Juwel Rio125. Since then we have been best of friends as he assisted to build my Home Aquarium. Lawrence is one and only man in Singapore who I can trust anytime to visit my home and take care of my Aquarium. It's not the Price that I have paid for my Juwel, but the Value and Friendship with Lawrence is now 'Simply PriceLess', and will remain forever.
As novice aquascapers we were struggling a bit with choosing suiting hardscape but the lovely lady helped us to choose awesome wood and stones for our aquarium. The price is also quite reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had wanted my kids to learn a new skill and take up responsibility in taking care of pets this holiday season. So I got them to think about setting up an aquarium. We were introduced by a friend whom was pleased with the after-sales service of East Ocean Aquatic. We will introduced to the basics by John and Peter on separate occasions, both of whom were patient in answering to our amateurish questions, simplifying the understanding of setting up an aquarium, the various type of tanks and the characteristics of different types of fish. With 2 visits, we are at this stage where the plants have just been placed in and we are pleased with the results. Looking forward to the third visit when we get the fishes after the conditioning of the aquarium. Overall, it has been a great experience with them.
1st time being at the shop. Having difficulty in choosing the correct plants for my new setup 45P tank. Jonathan was very helpful and given me advise on what type of plants is suitable as well as the numbers of plants required for the size of the tank. Lawrence and Jonathan even went to the extra mile to reply all my queries that I have posted in the chat and reply was never a hassle to them. Great variety of plants in the shop and also thanks to both of them so that I’m able to fulfill my tank setup.
